Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 2025

Events and Workshops

  • Cancellations 7 or more days before an event receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

  • Cancellations less than 7 days before an event are non-refundable but may be eligible for credit at BGE’s discretion.

  • If BGE cancels or reschedules an event, participants will receive a full refund or transfer option.

Memberships and Subscriptions

  • Fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

  • Members may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.

  • Access to paid content remains active for the duration of the term.

Digital Products

All digital products, including downloads, recordings, or online courses, are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. To request a refund, email hello@bgecommunity.com with your order details.
