Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: October 2025
Events and Workshops
Cancellations 7 or more days before an event receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
Cancellations less than 7 days before an event are non-refundable but may be eligible for credit at BGE’s discretion.
If BGE cancels or reschedules an event, participants will receive a full refund or transfer option.
Memberships and Subscriptions
Fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
Members may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
Access to paid content remains active for the duration of the term.
Digital Products
All digital products, including downloads, recordings, or online courses, are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. To request a refund, email hello@bgecommunity.com with your order details.
